All Roads Lead to the Fair
Catchy phrases and advertising slogans peppered the premium lists, posters, and other publicity materials for the early Fairs. A 1915 promotional map, aimed toward its largely rural audience, demonstrated that the State Fair was accessible to all corners of the state. Folded auto road maps were distributed free to all askers and advertisements promised, “all roads lead to Sedalia."
