CSR Documents for Agency Update

This page is intended to provide current rules in Microsoft Word format for an agency to download for use in making changes to existing rule text. By having the current rule text available, an agency will no longer need to contact the Secretary of State's Administrative Rule Division to have the current rule text emailed or faxed to them. By downloading the rule text from this site to make changes, there will be fewer errors to correct once the rule is filed.

To utilize this site the agency will need to:

  1. Find the chapter the rule appears in;
  2. Select the rule from that chapter;
  3. Download the text;
  4. Edit the rule text as needed; and
  5. Return the WORD format document in hard copy to SOS and JCAR using the current filing process.
