Starting or Resuming School Services

Registering Individual Students for Services

Students using Wolfner Library services at school must be Wolfner Library patrons before school services begin. Contact the Youth Services Librarian by email or by phone at 800-392-2614 if you are unsure whether or not the student is a Wolfner Library patron.

If a student is not a Wolfner Library patron, the
Individual Application must be completed and sent via mail, email or FAX to Wolfner Library.

If a parent declines home services, please mark the box that states “Students, pre-K to 12th grade, please check here if you wish to receive materials at school only.” The agreement form must be signed by a school staff member even if home services are declined.

Registering Your School for Services

If you are unsure whether or not your school is registered with Wolfner Library or has a Braille and Audio Reading Download (BARD) account, please contact the Youth Services Librarian by email or by phone at 800-392-2614. Registration is a one-time procedure. New applications are accepted at any time.

If your school is not registered, you must complete the School Application and send it via mail, email or FAX to Wolfner Library.

It is recommended that each school building has its own separate account with Wolfner to assist with managing resources.  It is acceptable to have the same contact person for several buildings, as we understand some teachers are responsible for multiple locations or grade ranges.

Resuming Services for the Current School Year

The Annual Student Listing form must be completed online each school year before services can resume. After you submit the form, the Youth Services Librarian will contact the school to re-activate the school’s services. The Annual Student Listing form can be completed throughout the school year.
