WHEREAS, Executive Order 00-15 was issued June 23, 2000, establishing the Gasoline Task Force; and
WHEREAS, the signature block indicated the date of signing as January 31, 2000, and the correct date of signing should be June 23, 2000.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Mel Carnahan, Governor of the State of Missouri, by virtue of the powers vested in me through the Constitution and the laws of Missouri, do hereby issue Executive Order 00-16 and amend Executive Order 00-15 to correct the date of signing contained in the signature block.
