WHEREAS, I previously issued Executive Order 99-01, January 7, 1999, and
WHEREAS, the Senior Manager of the Federal Highway Administration's Midwestern Resource Center has extended the duration of the emergency period to 12:01 a.m., Saturday, January 23, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Roger B. Wilson, Acting Governor of the State of Missouri, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri, do hereby amend Executive Order 99-01 and order it to be effective for the duration of the emergency period declared by the Senior Manager of the Federal Highway Administration's Midwestern Resource Center as said emergency period applies to the State of Missouri.
