WHEREAS, on May 25, 1994, Executive Order 94-19 established the Governor's Commission on Driving While Intoxicated and Impaired Driving.
WHEREAS, at this time, it is necessary to amend said order for the purpose of designing one of the members as chair of the Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Mel Carnahan, Governor of the State of Missouri, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri, do hereby amend Executive Order 94-19, and designate the Director of the Department of Public Safety as chair.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 3rd day of September, 1998.
