EXECUTIVE ORDER
97-13

WHEREAS, pursuant to Executive Order 94-12, the membership for the Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Health consists of twenty-eight (28) members.

WHEREAS, it has been identified and communicated to me that it is necessary to increase the Council membership from twenty-eight (28) members to twenty-nine (29) members.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Mel Carnahan, Governor of the State of Missouri, pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the State of Missouri, do hereby amend Executive Order 94-12 to add one member to the Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Health as follows:

One (1) member shall be appointed by the Governor and shall serve on the Council until July 1, 2000.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 3rd day of November, 1997.
