EXECUTIVE ORDER
96-21
WHEREAS, Executive Order 94-26 established the Missouri Commission on Intergovernmental Cooperation and duties of the Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Executive Order expired on July 1, 1996; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to maintain the Commission with the duties described in said Executive Order;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Mel Carnahan, Governor of the State of Missouri, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of Missouri, do hereby reissue Executive 94-26 under the number 96-21, and reappoint those same members who served on the Commission as of June 30, 1996, in their same capacities.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 3rd of December, 1996.
