EXECUTIVE ORDER
96-16

WHEREAS, the state of Missouri must continually assess opportunities for improving its cash management operations; and

WHEREAS, Executive Order 96-02 established the Sate Cash Management Task Force;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Mel Carnahan, Governor of the State of Missouri, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri, do hereby amend Executive Order 96-02 regarding the reimbursement of expenses incurred by the Task Force members as follows:

Task Force members shall receive no compensation for duties performed, but may be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred as a result of their participation on the Task Force, to be paid from operating appropriations of any of the three member agencies.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 12th day of August, 1996.
