95-30
WHEREAS, Executive Order 93-31 has been amended by Executive Orders 94-13 and 94-24; and
WHEREAS, those Executive Orders provided that the members of the Missouri Advisory Commission on the Organization of the Judicial Department will serve without compensation but may be reimbursed for reasonable and necessary expenses to the extent that funds are available for this purpose from the Missouri Bar; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to provide further clarification as to who was to reimburse the members for reasonable and necessary expenses if the Missouri Bar was without sufficient funds to reimburse such expenses.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Mel Carnahan, Governor of the State of Missouri, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri, do hereby amend Executive Orders 93-31, 94-13, and 94-24, and order that the members of the Commission shall be reimbursed for their reasonable and necessary expenses by the appointing authority by whom they were appointed if the Missouri Bar is without sufficient funds to do so. All other provisions of the Executive Orders shall remain in full force and effect, consistent with previous amendments ordered.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 27th day of December, 1995.
