EXECUTIVE ORDER
95-20

WHEREAS, a severe storm occurred in the City of Moberly causing distress and hazard to the public health and safety; and

WHEREAS, these conditions necessitate the provision of emergency relief to the people of the distressed area; and

WHEREAS, on Thursday, July 6, 1995, an emergency was declared in the State of Missouri;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Roger Wilson, Acting and Lieutenant Governor of the State of Missouri, do hereby order and direct the Adjutant General of the State, or his designee, to forthwith call and order into active service such portions of the organized militia as he deems necessary to protect life and property, to aid state and local officials with disaster recovery, and to provide such other assistance as my be authorized and directed.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 12th day of July, 1995.
