EXECUTIVE ORDER
94-32

WHEREAS, The Energy Futures Coalition was created by Executive Order 94-10 on the 2nd day of March, 1994; and

WHEREAS, the Executive Order provided that the Coalition would be no more than 30 members; and

WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to increase the membership of said Coalition;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, Mel Carnahan, Governor of the State of Missouri, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri, do hereby amend Executive Order 94-10 in order to increase the number of members of the Coalition, to be no more than 33 members, appointed by the Governor and serving at the pleasure of the Governor.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 15th day of November, 1994.
