EXECUTIVE ORDER
92-16

WHEREAS, the Department of Mental Health has identified real property adjacent to the Fulton State Hospital in Callaway County as surplus to its needs; and

WHEREAS, the Director of the Department of Mental Health has informed the Commissioner of Administration, in accordance with Section 630.535(7) RSMo 1986, that this property is surplus to the needs of the Department of Mental Health; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Corrections has need of this property for the construction and operation of a diagnostic center;

NOW THEREFORE, I, JOHN ASHCROFT, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, on this 10th day of July, 1992, in accordance with Section 630.535 RSMo 1986, hereby order the transfer and reassignment of the following described property from the Department of Mental Health to the Department of Corrections, to wit:

Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 47 North, Range 9 West, Callaway County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:

From the Northwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 16; thence S01° 41'00"W, along the Quarter Quarter Section Line, 1258.42 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence S89°46'02"E, 307.88 feet; thence N41°20'11"E, 62.18 feet; thence N10°00'49"E, 324.93 feet; thence S50°58'19"E, 370.96 feet; thence S05°36'11"W, 301.13 feet; thence S50°33'04"W, 128.13 feet to the northerly line of MISSOURI STATE ROUTE "O'"; thence westerly along the northerly line of said ROUTE "O" on a curve to the right, having a radius of 1880.39 feet, an arc distance of 47.81 feet, the chord of said curve being N89°39'13"W, 47.80 feet; thence N88°55'31"W, along the northerly line of said ROUTE "O", 544.46 feet; thence N21°28'25"W, 59.43 feet; thence N01°19'24"E, 183.70 feet; thence S89°46'02"E, 44.40 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in all, 5.83 acres. Bearings based on a previous survey.
