EXECUTIVE ORDER
88-5

WHEREAS, the Governor's Drought and Heat Task Force has recommended unanimously that Executive Order 88-1 be terminated.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN ASHCROFT, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, do hereby declare and direct as follows;

  1. Executive Order 88-1, relating to certain prohibitions against open burning, is terminated immediately.
  2. Any Order entered by any County Commission conditioned upon Executive Order 88-1 is hereby revoked.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 13th day of October, 1988.
