EXECUTIVE ORDER
86-20

WHEREAS, the State of Missouri owns certain property in Callaway County, Missouri described as the NE 1/fl SW 1/4 Sec 15, T47N, RSMo; and

WHEREAS, this property has been under the management and control of the Department of Mental Health; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Mental Health has determined that it has no future use for this property and has requested that the management and control of the property be transferred to another agency; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Corrections and Human Resources does have a use for this property, and has requested that the property be transferred to its management and control.

NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri, including Section 630.535 RSMo (1985 Supp.), I, JOHN ASHCROFT, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, do hereby transfer management and control of the property owned by the State of Missouri in Callaway County, Missouri described as NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Sec 15, T47N, RSMo from the Department of Mental Health to the Department of Corrections and Human Resources.
