Pursuant to the authority granted me in Section 217.520, RSMo Supp. 1984, I hereby designate Mr. David C. Mason as the central administrator of, and information agent for, the agreement on detainers, effective April 22, 1985.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 22nd day of April, 1985.
