EXECUTIVE ORDER
85-5

WHEREAS, Executive Order 85-3, which created a "State Council on Vocational Education" as required by federal law incorrectly identified the Council,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN ASHCROFT, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, do hereby amend Executive Order 85-3 so that it creates the "State Advisory Council for Vocational Education", all in accordance with the requirements of federal law.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 5th day of March, 1985.
