EXECUTIVE ORDER
84-12
WHEREAS, Brigadier General Frank C. Crooks, , Headquarters Missouri Air National Guard, has completed more than thirty nine years of military service, including many key assignments and positions of great responsibility, in a most exemplary manner; and
WHEREAS, Brigadier General Frank C. Crooks will retire on 20 August 1984 in the grade of Brigadier General, to which grade he was promoted on 8 May 1981; and
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section 41.310 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1978, an officer who is retired after completion of fifteen years satisfactory service may be retire one grade higher than the highest grade held during his period of active service, without cost to the State;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHRISTOPHER S. BOND, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, and Commander in Chief of the Militia, do hereby order that Brigadier General Frank C. Crooks, , shall be promoted effective 21 August 1984, to the grade of Major General, Missouri National Guard Retired List.
