SPECIAL MESSAGE
TO THE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE EIGHTY-SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI:
Pursuant to Article IV Section 9 of the Constitution of Missouri, on September 13, 1983 I issued a Proclamation convening the General Assembly in the First Extra Session of the First Regular Session, commencing on October 19, 1983.
This Special Message is submitted, after the convening of said Extra Session, for the purpose of amending and expanding said Proclamation. Action of the General Assembly is deemed necessary on each matter specifically and especially designated hereinafter as follows:
Item number 14 of said Proclamation shall be amended by adding subparagraphs f. and g. to read as follows:
- To the Office of Administration for the operation of the Children's Trust Fund;
- To the Office of Administration for the Commissioner's office for costs associated with labor relations activities for state agencies; and
