EXECUTIVE ORDER
82-13
WHEREAS, Colonel William E. Hasler, , Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, Missouri Army National Guard, has completed more than forty years of military service; including many key assignments and positions of great responsibility, in a most exemplary manner; and
WHEREAS, Colonel William E. Hasler will retire on 13 July 1982 in the grade of Colonel, to which grade he was promoted on 1 July 1971; and
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section 41.310 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1978, an officer who is retired after completion of fifteen years satisfactory service may be retired one grade higher than the highest grade held during his period of active service, without cost to the State;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHRISTOPHER S. BOND, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, and Commander in Chief of the Militia, do hereby order that Colonel William E. Hasler, , shall be promoted effective 14 July 1982, to the grade of Brigadier General, Missouri National Guard Retired List.
