EXECUTIVE ORDER
81-1

WHEREAS, Section 41.140, RSMo, 1978, provides that the Adjutant General of the State of Missouri shall have the rank designated by the Governor;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CHRISTOPHER S. BOND, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, by virtue of authority vested in me, do hereby order that from and after the date of January 19, 1981, Charles M. Kiefner, The Adjutant General, shall have and hold the rank and grade of Major General.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF: I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, this 19th day of January, 1981.
