EXECUTIVE ORDER
80-14
I, Joseph P. Teasdale, Governor of the State of Missouri, do hereby declare that Thursday, March 6, 1980, shall be a day of mourning in Missouri in respect to the memory of the late Forrest C. Donnell who served as Governor of Missouri from 1941 through 1944 and further served our state as U. S. Senator from 1944 through 1949; that all flags of the United States and the State of Missouri shall be flown at half staff at all state departments, agencies, institutions and other facilities for a period of seven days ending March 12, 1980.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson on this 5th day of March, 1980.
