Friends of Wolfner Talking Book and Braille Library
The Friends of Wolfner Talking Book and Braille Library provide our patrons with the following:
- Early Literacy Program materials that help young children start developing their tactile skills
- Youth Summer Reading Program prizes and events
- Supplying the Youth Mail & Make materials
- Funding events such as the Adult Winter Reading program, the Adult Summer Reading program, and other programs and speakers.
The Friends purchase all of the Missouri-centric books recorded by the Wolfner Library production studio, making them accessible to every National Library Service patron around the world. They also purchase outreach materials to help spread the word to potential patrons about the services that Wolfner Talking Book and Braille Library provides.
