Suggestions for Better Service

Please take a moment to review the following suggestions to help us improve Wolfner Talking Book and Braille Library services to you.

  1. Check your mailing label. If any of the information is incorrect, from the address to the organization's or contact person's name, please call.

  2. If you are a new activity director and are unfamiliar with Wolfner Library services, call to request an information folder.

  3. Remember: We have a six week loan period for books.

  4. Are you aware of specific authors or types of books that your residents enjoy reading? Jot down their requests or look to our Recommended Readings page for ideas. We want to send books that generate interest, so call, mail, or email requests to the Reader Advisor for Institutions!

  5. Keep in mind that we can easily change the number of books you receive, so call to let us know if you feel that you are receiving too many (or too few) books for your readers.

  6. Are you having trouble with a digital player? Read our Common Machine Problems troubleshooting guide online. If problems persist, please call to find out how to exchange machines.

Thank you for helping us provide the best library service possible!
