Carnahan Issues Order Against Two Companies Involved In Offering Unregistered Securities

Jefferson City, Missouri -- Absolute Health & Fitness, Inc. (AHFI) of Carson City, NV and Micro Cap (location unknown) were issued an order to Cease & Desist by the Commissioner of Securities of Missouri today. Micro Cap sent a "blast fax" advertisement to a Missouri resident recommending investments in AFHI. The fax touted massive growth claims and high returns if consumers invested in AHFI. The fax made such claims as future potential of more than 600% return and quick increases in the value of AHFI stock. The advertisement also encouraged investors to act immediately, a common tactic used in deceptive offerings. The fax failed to state however, that neither company was registered with the State to offer securities and that Micro Cap was not registered to offer investment advice in the State of Missouri.

All securities and the agents offering securities must be registered with the State. The Order demands the companies cease the securities offerings and investment advice in Missouri immediately.

Secretary of State Robin Carnahan, Missouri's top securities enforcer, encourages consumers to "call the Secretary of State's Investor Hotline at 1-800-721-7996 before investing. One phone call could help prevent the loss of your hard-earned savings." Investors can also log on to the Secretary of State's Web page at www.sos.mo.gov and get securities related materials.
