EXECUTIVE ORDER
04-25
WHEREAS, Executive Order 03-27 was issued on December 2, 2003; and
WHEREAS, Executive Order 03-27 was superceded by the passage of Senate Bill 1249 which became law on August 28, 2004.
NOW, THEREFORE, 1, BOB HOLDEN, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, by the virtue of the powers vested in me through the constitution and the laws of the State of Missouri, do hereby rescind Executive Order 03-27.

of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this
