WHEREAS, the Council on Efficient Operations was established by the Commission on Management and Productivity Implementation Order, number 95-05, hereinafter referred to as COMAP 95-05; and
WHEREAS, COMAP 95-05 will expire on December 31, 2000 unless renewed; and
WHEREAS, the Council on Efficient Operations is still needed.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Roger B. Wilson, Governor of the State of Missouri, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri do hereby renew COMAP 95-05. It shall remain in effect until rescinded by Executive Order of the Governor.
