WHEREAS, on the 7th day Of April, 1994, I issued Executive Order 94-15 establishing the Partnership On the Transition from School-to-Work.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Mel Carnahan, Governor of the State of Missouri, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and laws of the State of Missouri, amend Executive Order 94-15 as follows:
The membership of the Governor's Partnership on the Transition from School-to-Work shall also include:
Five (5) representatives of Labor.
