DESIGNATION OF ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE AGREEMENT OF DETAINERS

Pursuant to the authority granted me in Section 217.520 RSMo, I hereby designate Judy Draper as the central administrator of, and information agent for, the agreement on detainers, effective immediately.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 1st day of July, 1993.
