EXECUTIVE ORDER
NO. 86-12

WHEREAS, I have been advised by the State Director, Emergency Management Agency, Office of the Adjutant General, that Executive Order 86-10 should be amended to include certain additional areas;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOHN ASHCROFT, GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI, by virtue of the authority vested in me by Section 44.100, RSMo; do hereby amend Executive Order 86-10 so that it includes the following areas: Fredericktown, Missouri, Madison County, Missouri, and Lilbourn, Missouri.

Executive Order 86-10 in all other respects is unchanged.

IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the State of Missouri, in the City of Jefferson, on this 16th day of May, 1986.
