Secretary's Council on Library Development

Mission

To advise the secretary of state and the state librarian on all matters that relate to the state's libraries and library service to Missouri citizens; to recommend programs to the secretary of state and the state librarian; and to communicate the value of libraries to people in the state and to those who are responsible for libraries.
