Recent debates in Missouri and around the country about new laws requiring voters to have specific government-issued photo IDs to vote have created confusion for many voters. In Missouri, voter identification requirements have NOT changed from prior elections. You simply need to take ONE of several acceptable forms of identification including: a voter ID card; a driver’s license; a Missouri student ID; current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck or other government document with your name address on it.
