2014 Initiative Petitions Ready for Ballot Summary Language and Open for Public Comment
Public comment is currently open for the following initiative petitions. The Secretary of State's Office is beginning to prepare the ballot summary language for these initiative petitions. The office has 10 days to draft the summary language for the ballot, during which time the office will review all comments.The comment period will be open for 5 days.
