NOTICE: You are advised that the proposed constitutional amendment may repeal, change or modify by implication, or may be construed by some persons to repeal, change or modify by implication, Article I, Sections 25 and 29, and Article VIII, Section 3, of the Missouri Constitution.

THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION OF MISSOURI

Be it resolved by the people of the state of Missouri that the Constitution be amended:

One new section is adopted by adding one new section to the Bill of Rights, to be known as Section 35 of Article I, to read as follows:

Section 35. To preserve and protect the fundamental right of individuals to vote by secret ballot, where local, state or federa1 law requires elections for public office or ballot measures, or requires designations or authorizations for employee representation, the right of individuals to vote by secret ballot shall be guaranteed.
