The main office of the Corporations Division in Jefferson City is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for all legal holidays. All documents may be submitted in person to the main office and numerous other documents may also be submitted to any of our three branch offices.
The branch offices of the Corporations Division in St. Louis, Kansas City, and Springfield are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for all legal holidays. Certain documents cannot be processed in branch offices, so please call ahead to confirm that your filing can be processed.
Documents that are in proper form may almost always be processed and filed while you wait, depending upon staff resources and current workload. Documents submitted by mail will be processed and returned within a few days of receipt.
