In Person Contacts:
The main office of Business Services in Jefferson City is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for all legal holidays. All documents may be submitted in person to the main office and numerous other documents may also be submitted to any of our three branch offices.
The branch offices of Business Services in St. Louis, Kansas City, and Springfield are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for all legal holidays.
Documents that are in proper form may almost always be processed and filed while you wait. Documents submitted by mail will be processed and returned within a few days of receipt. To avoid delays caused by improperly prepared documents, please see Checklist of Filing Requirements.
