In Conformity with the wish of Mr Geyer, I have

made out a list of the Documents and their purport

to the Governor; concerning the situation of their count-

=ry in consequence of the Mormon transactions.

citizens of Daviess and Livingston to the Governor its

purport being the same as above, also, in the same doc=

=ument the testimony of George T Prichard, of Daviess,

sworn before R. Wilson, Clerk of the circuit court

in said County

Joseph Dickson to the Governor- giveing a copy of

John N. Sapp’s testimony sworn before Joseph Dic=

=kson Clerk of the county Court of Carroll county its

purport concerning the transactions of the Mormons
