Online Registration for LLC's

Important Notices!

1. Limited liability company registration involves legal analysis and legal issues. The Secretary of State advises that organizers of a limited liability company consult with an attorney and an accountant or other tax professional when forming a limited liability company. 2. The filing fee is $105.00. A credit card is required for online filing.
   
   
3. Online filing through this program is only available for the organization/creation of a domestic Missouri limited liability company. Foreign limited liability companies organized under the laws of other jurisdictions must apply for authority to do business in the state via a paper application. 4. Upon completion and submission of the online application, the information provided is of public record and immediately available for public review.
   
   
5. An e-mail address is required for online filing.
   
   
6. No more than five organizers may be listed for online filing. To include six or more organizers, you will need to submit your application via paper form to the Secretary of State’s Office. Click here for the application
