Missouri Secretary of State Robin Carnahan Presents: The 2011- 2012 Official Manual from mosecofstate on Vimeo.
Transcript:
Hi, I’m Secretary of State Robin Carnahan.
For more than 100 years, the Secretary of State’s office has published Missouri’s Official Manual, or as most people know it, the “Blue Book.”
Just like in the past, this year’s Blue Book contains valuable information about Missouri government--at all levels--state, county and local. It’s a quick reference to find who to call when you have questions or want to learn more about a government department or service. It also features interesting stories and pictures about our shared past that we gathered from all over the state during last year’s Great Missouri Treasure Hunt, a statewide historical contest.
But this year’s Blue Book is also different. Because, for the first time, the state legislature directed that the Blue Book be available only in an on-line format.
You can find Missouri’s Digital Blue Book on our website, mobluebook.com.
* PLEASE NOTE: The online version of the Official Manual is a book depicting a "picture-in-time" and will not be updated.
Blue Book documents are available on this website in the .pdf format. In order to view or print them, you must have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. To download a free copy of Adobe Reader, click on the icon below.
NOTE: If you are experiencing problems opening PDFs using IE8, please place the mouse over the selected PDF, right-click then select Open in New Tab or Open in New Window.
